About Clark: Clark Harshbarger is a cybersecurity executive with 20+ years leading elite-level incident response, digital forensics, and privacy assurance programs across the FBI, Fortune 500, and global consulting sectors. Until recently, Clark served as Director of Incident Response & Digital Forensics at CrowdStrike, where he built and led global IR programs, developed a full-scale restoration/recovery service offering, and contributed to the company’s flagship Global Threat Report.
Whether it’s neutralizing threat actors, guiding boards through regulatory risk, or scaling teams to handle hundreds of high-stakes cyber incidents, Clark brings clarity, leadership, and execution to the most complex and chaotic moments an organization can face.
Clark directly prevented $47M+ in fraud, led incident response with >$250M in ARR impact, and helped design AI tooling to future-proof DFIR operations. Previously, as an FBI Special Agent, SWAT Team Leader, and Ukranian ALAT, Clark built cross-border operations from scratch, advised Ambassadors, Boards, and CISOs, and responded to hundreds of national security incidents.
Clark is currently exploring new opportunities to lead, particularly in IR, threat intel, privacy engineering, or CISO/adjacent roles where he helps organizations stay resilient, responsive, and ahead of evolving threats.
